Discover simple downshifting practices that support emotional balance and brain health. Participants will:

  • Develop a plan to incorporate calm into daily life.
Workshop 4:  Raising Kids with Strong Brains and Strong Values
Learn how brain development, connection, and consistent boundaries work together to support lifelong success. Participants will:

Parenting with Love and Logic: 4-Session Workshop
​This 4-session workshop is designed for parents with children of all ages. It dives deeper into practical skills that parents and families can use immediately. Tools & techniques emphasize respect & dignity for both children & adults. This 4-session workshop provides real limits in a loving way while teaching consequences & healthy decision making. ​
